Decline before the lock
Pending commission can be declined; after the lock it gets harder. The date is below.

Send the evidence
The ad, the click path and the ID, together. That is what a compliance team acts on.
Pending transactions auto-approve after the plan's validation period: 15 days on Start, 30 on Walk, and 60 to 90 on Run. Tradedoubler does not lengthen it.
A transaction not reclassified in time is valid and payable.
Networks count from the transaction's date. A capture date is a close stand-in: the sale follows the click.
