Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdCrime, operated by Staromeda OÜ (Estonia, EU). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

AdCrime detects affiliate and brand-bidding fraud in paid search. It scans publicly available Google Ads results and the redirect behaviour behind them, extracts affiliate tracking evidence, and presents findings you can use to protect your brand. AdCrime relies solely on publicly accessible information — it does not use hacking, credential theft, or unauthorised access to any system.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use AdCrime. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at mario@adcrime.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to use AdCrime only for legitimate brand-protection, compliance, and investigative purposes. You may not:

• submit scans for brands you have no lawful interest in protecting;
• use the service to harass, defame, or unlawfully target any person or business;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform;
• resell, sublicense, or republish the service or its output except as permitted by your plan.

AdCrime provides automated findings, including confidence scores, intended to support your own investigation and enforcement decisions. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. While we work hard to be accurate, automated classification can produce false positives or miss activity, and you are responsible for verifying findings before acting on them.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Credits and plan limits are described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

The AdCrime platform, software, and branding are owned by Staromeda OÜ and protected by law. You retain ownership of the data you submit, and you grant us the limited licence needed to process that data in order to provide the service. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its output for your internal brand-protection purposes.

AdCrime surfaces and links to third-party websites, advertisements, and affiliate networks as part of its findings. We do not control and are not responsible for that third-party content, and its inclusion in a report is not an endorsement.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that findings will be complete or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staromeda OÜ and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staromeda OÜ from any claims, losses, or costs arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using AdCrime and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the “last updated” date above and notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
